MONDAY RIBS

Two half-rack meals of Bourbon Glazed Ribs for $25.
Tender, slow-cooked pork ribs basted with our bourbon BBQ sauce. Served with fries and coleslaw.

TUESDAY PASTA

Two pasta dishes from our Chef-Inspired Pasta Menu for $20. All served with garlic bread.
CURRY CHICKEN – Sautéed chicken in a curry cream sauce, toasted coconut
CHORIZO LINGUINI – Sautéed chorizo sausage, mushroom, roasted red pepper, grainy mustard demi cream sauce
DILL PESTO SHRIMP LINGUINI – Sautéed shrimp, red onion, roasted red pepper, house-made dill pesto
BOLOGNESE PENNE – Traditional bolognese sauce

WEDNESDAY BURGERS

Two burger meals from our new Gourmet Burger Menu for $20. Add bacon or cheddar $1.
BOURBON BBQ BURGER – Caramelized onion, bourbon BBQ sauce, topped with Canadian cheddar and bacon.
TEX MEX BURGER – Guacamole, fried jalapeños, and jalapeño havarti.
BRUSCHETTA GOAT CHEESEBURGER – Classic bruschetta, goat cheese and onion aioli.
TRIPLE SOW COW – Peameal bacon, chorizo sausage and bacon. Topped with Canadian cheddar.
CLASSIC REDWOOD BURGER – Signature sauce, lettuce, tomato, red onion and pickle.

THURSDAY HADDOCK

Two of our signature pan-seared haddock dinners for $25.
Fresh haddock served with mini roasted potatoes, Chef’s vegetables and lemon caper butter.
